In the HARDI trailer family NAVIGATOR is middle-sized. In all other contests NAVIGATOR is everything but middle-sized. The large range of high quality features makes the NAVIGATOR the obvious choice.

2 new top models in the NAVIGATOR line are providing 5000 and 6000 l water plus 5% extra capacity. This gives up to 40 ha spray capacity in one go with 150 l/ha. The bigger tanks are supplemented by bigger booms from the exciting and well-proven HARDI boom range.

FEATURES AND OPTIONS:

• Filling

The NAVIGATOR is available with two filling devices, PumpFiller or FastFiller
Both systems use a heavy-duty aluminium coupling.

• TurboFiller

The HARDI TurboFiller is able to handle large quantities of powders and liquids. Its high capacity is achieved through a combination of high vacuum and liquid rotation inside the hopper.

• Surface Treatment

The chassis and all other steel components have been pre-treated with zinc phosphate before the application of a high-quality coating of powder paint.

• Excellent Clearance

The unique design of axle and frame ensures excellent crop clearance, reducing crop damage to the absolute minimum.

• IntelliTrack

IntelliTrack is a high end steering drawbar concept which combines the advantages of an excellent designed chassis with the use of advanced electronics.

• SmoothRide

SmoothRide suspension consists of two long-lasting polypropylene dampers which absorb the sprayer’s movements.

• Tanks

All Tanks are made from UV protected polyethylene. They have a very flat surface and no inside walls.

• DynamicFluid4 (comes standard on the NAVIGATOR 5000 & 6000)
• CycloneFilter

The HARDI CycloneFilter is a unique self-cleaning pressure filter. The cyclone created inside the filter increases the speed of the liquid against the filter screen, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the self-cleaning action.

• EasyClean Filter

EasyClean Filter is a high capacity suction filter with a very large filter surface.

• BoomPrime

BoomPrime is a low-pressure circulation system for booms.

• HARDI diaphragm pump

• DilutionKit

The dilution kit allows the operator to flush and rinse the liquid system from the driver’s seat.
